Calculators and tools on Acribi run entirely in your browser. The values you enter are not sent to us or to anyone else.
Cookies and analytics
Acribi does not set cookies for analytics, advertising or tracking. We measure visits with PostHog, configured so that no cookies or other identifiers are stored on your device, with data hosted in the European Union. Your IP address may be processed to estimate your approximate location.
Who processes data for us
- Amazon Web Services hosts and delivers the site.
- PostHog provides the usage statistics.
- ImprovMX receives email sent to our addresses and forwards it to our mailbox, hosted by Google (Gmail).
- Emailit sends the emails we write from hello@acribi.com.
- The newsletter provider will be listed here when the newsletter launches.
These providers process data on our behalf under data processing agreements. Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, they rely on the safeguards required by the GDPR, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Usage statistics are kept only for as long as we need them to understand and improve the site. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. Emails are kept for as long as needed to deal with your request.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. Write to hello@acribi.com. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).
